The Band

With our band "LeVeL 6" from Berlin we cover mainstream rock and pop songs. The spectrum ranges from Kings of Leon, Mando Diao and the Red Hot Chili Peppers to Pink, Adele and Robbie Williams to Green Day, Blur and Nirvana. With our female singer (Anne) and our male singer (Heinrich) we provide a varied and engaging program. Depending on the event, we can adapt this program in the selection of songs and in the duration of 1.5 to 3 hours. Here you find our current song list

The band exists since 2008. We have been playing together in the current line-up for over 8 years. We, that are the singer Anne, the guitar player / singer Jörg, the bass player Marc, the keyboarder Peter and the drummer Lars. Info for organizers

More than 10 years of stage experience

We have played at numerous summer and city festivals, parties (also unforgettable semester parties), birthday and Christmas parties and weddings. At the HU Berlin, in Heinersdorf and the Ostseebad Kühlungsborn we belong to the "set events". We love it when guests party with us!
In addition to making music, the stage experience also includes the complete organization all around. From the agreements with you as the organizer and the technicians on site to the efficient setup on and take down from stage.

Unplugged variant

Depending on the occasion, the type of event and especially for smaller locations, we also have a large part of our repertoire available as an acoustic variant (unplugged).

Technical equipment

Depending on requirements, we can bring our digital mixing console and our own complete stage sound technology (for 100 people) as well as our own lighting technology.

  • We use an extremely high-quality e-drum set for our performances and are therefore able to adapt our sound and volume to any location.
  • The digital mixer enables us to do a quick and efficient sound check.
    Additional technical staff on site is not required.
  • In small locations we can minimize the volume on stage using in-ear monitoring.
  • Apart from enough space and a few sockets, no other technical equipment or staff is required on site for our show.

Band biography

The band LeVel 6 was founded in 2008 by guitarist Jörg and drummer Lars. Both musicians already had more than 10 years of band experience at that time. After just a few rehearsals, it quickly became clear: Something's going on! – Luckily, they quickly found a great own rehearsal room in the heart of Berlin. Shortly after, Marc joined the band as bass player and within four months they had their first gig. They were all committed to maintaining high musical quality, so effective rehearsals were essential from the start. Pia, the talented daughter of the guitarist, was won over as a singer for the gig, which turned out to be a real fortune for many successful performances. After the first gig, Peter became the keyboard player of the band.

Several performances at summer and city festivals followed. However, due to changing interests and school and studies commitments, Pia left the band in 2012. LeVeL 6 then found a new singer named Andrea and enjoyed many great concerts together for more than two years. Unfortunately, Andrea had to give up music due to professional changes. After a short search, Anne was found in 2015, who has remained the band’s outstanding frontwoman. Coming from a high starting level, the band has continued to evolve. Even in the Corona period, they found creative ways to rehearse together.

Over the years, the band has focused on perfecting the technical equipment and organizational processes, as well as the musical quality and stage presence. LeVeL 6 has increasingly merged into a strong unit. And so, a saying that was discovered on a sticker and taken away during a joint visit to the Musikmesse in Frankfurt in 2016 fits very well as the motto of the band:

"We are not just a band, we also understand each other privately very well!"

That's what making music is all about, in the rehearsal room and on stage. Since 2022, Heinrich is a new member of LeVeL 6 as an additional singer. The voices of Anne and Heinrich harmonize perfectly and with both voices the band is able to present the repertoire even more authentically and expand its spectrum. Back to band overview...
